Abstract
Description
- une mesure d’irradiance en face avant Ai sur une face supérieure photo active dudit panneau et une mesure d’irradiance en face arrière Ar sur une face inférieure photo active dudit panneau dans une orientation initiale du panneau,
- une mesure du courant initial I produit par le panneau en réponse aux irradiances face avant Ai et face arrière Ar et un calcul des courants générés Ijg par lesdites jonctions empilées en fonction des caractéristiques physiques des cellules, dudit courant initial et des irradiances en face avant et en face arrière,
- un calcul d’une orientation théorique optimisée pour laquelle, connaissant lesdites irradiances Ai, Ar mesurées, les courants générés et les caractéristiques physiques des cellules, une égalisation des courants théoriques Ijtmax des jonctions des cellules et leur maximisation est obtenue,
- un positionnement du panneau dans ladite orientation théorique dans le cas où un déséquilibre entre lesdits courants théoriques Ijtmax et lesdits courants générés Ijg est supérieur à une valeur seuil dIjmax ou un maintien de la position dudit panneau en cas de différence de courant entre lesdits courants théoriques et lesdits courants générés inférieure à ladite valeur seuil.
Claims (10)
- Procédé de maximisation de courant produit par un panneau photovoltaïque (10a, 10b) comportant un ou plusieurs modules photovoltaïques bifaciaux (31, 32) lesdits modules comportant une pluralité de cellules (1) chacune pourvue d’au moins deux jonctions empilées et connectées en série, le panneau étant orientable et comportant un dispositif de pilotage de son orientation par rapport au soleil, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comporte:
- une mesure (100) d’irradiance en face avant Ai sur une face supérieure photo active dudit panneau et une mesure d’irradiance en face arrière Ar sur une face inférieure photo active dudit panneau dans une orientation initiale dudit panneau,
- une mesure (105) du courant initial I produit par le panneau en réponse aux irradiances en face avant Ai et en face arrière Ar et un calcul des courants générés Ijg par lesdites jonctions empilées en fonction des caractéristiques physiques (20) des cellules, dudit courant initial et des irradiances en face avant et en face arrière,
- un calcul (110) d’une orientation théorique optimisée pour laquelle, connaissant lesdites irradiances Ai, Ar mesurées, les courants générés et les caractéristiques physiques (20) des cellules, une égalisation des courants théoriques Ijtmax des jonctions des cellules et leur maximisation est obtenue,
- un positionnement du panneau dans ladite orientation théorique dans le cas où un déséquilibre entre lesdits courants théoriques Ijtmax et lesdits courants générés Ijg est supérieur à une valeur seuil dIjmax ou un maintien de la position dudit panneau en cas de différence de courant entre lesdits courants théoriques et lesdits courants générés inférieure à ladite valeur seuil.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 comportant, lorsque le déséquilibre entre lesdits courants théoriques Ijtmax et lesdits courants générés Ijg est inférieur à ladite valeur seuil dIjmax, un balayage (140) de positions du panneau autour de la position théorique obtenue, une mesure (150) du courant produit par le panneau dans chacune desdites positions et une étape (160) de placement du panneau dans la position maximisant le courant produit par le panneau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 pour lequel, la mesure d’irradiance en face supérieure étant réalisée par un ou plusieurs capteurs supérieurs (13, 13’) du côté de ladite face supérieure du panneau et un ou plusieurs capteurs inférieurs (12, 12’) du côté de ladite face inférieure du panneau, ledit procédé comporte, des étapes préalables à une mise en service du panneau comportant une étape de choix du nombre de capteurs supérieurs et inférieurs (220) et une étape (230) de positionnement du ou des capteurs supérieurs (13) et inférieurs (12) en fonction de conditions d’ombrage et d’uniformité de lumière perçue au-dessus et au-dessous du panneau selon plusieurs inclinaisons du panneau (200, 210), en sorte de générer des données d’irradiance adaptées au calcul de ladite orientation théorique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 pour lequel lesdites étapes préalables comportent un positionnement des capteurs aux endroits du panneau subissant les variations d’irradiance les plus importantes (215) hors ombrage en fonction de l’orientation du panneau.
- Panneau photovoltaïque, configuré pour la mise en œuvre du procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte un ou plusieurs modules photovoltaïques dont les cellules (1) sont des cellules bifaciales multi-jonctions dont les jonctions sont reliées en série (7, 7a, 7b).
- Panneau selon la revendication 5 pour lequel les cellules des modules sont raccordées entre elles selon un réseau série/parallèle (16, 17).
- Programme informatique comportant des instructions pour la mise en œuvre de tout ou partie d’un procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 lorsque ce programme est exécuté par un processeur.
- Support d’enregistrement non transitoire, lisible par un ordinateur, sur lequel est enregistré le programme de la revendication 7.
- Dispositif de production d’énergie, comportant une pluralité de panneaux photovoltaïques selon la revendication 5 ou 6 associés à un ou plusieurs bâtis munis de systèmes de suivi solaire, au moins certains des panneaux comportant un ou plusieurs capteurs d’irradiance en face avant et en face arrière, le dispositif comportant en outre un calculateur (15) de suivi relié auxdits capteurs, ledit calculateur étant configuré pour exécuter le programme de la revendication 7 et piloter la position de la pluralité de panneaux photovoltaïques en sorte d’équilibrer et maximiser les courants des jonctions des cellules issus de l’irradiance en face supérieure Ai et de l’irradiance en face inférieure Ar reçue par lesdits panneaux.
- Dispositif de production d’énergie selon la revendication 9, dans lequel lesdits capteurs sont associés par paires (1213, 1213’) de capteurs en face avant et en face arrière sur un ou plusieurs desdits panneaux et sont disposés selon des positions médianes (1213) sur lesdits panneau ou des positions périphériques (1213’, 12’, 13’) sur lesdits panneaux ou autour desdits panneaux.
