Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d’un masque de protection respiratoire comprenant le découpage (E1) d’une unique pièce dans une bande réalisée dans un matériau thermoplastique de sorte à former un patron monobloc, la réalisation (E2) d’au moins trois pliages des formes élémentaires de manière à réaliser un empilement de formes élémentaires superposées, ledit empilement comprenant deux groupes de formes élémentaires reliés entre eux au niveau d’un bord fermé et comprenant en outre chacun deux bords latéraux et un bord fermé extérieur, les deux bords fermés extérieurs étant superposés de sorte à former un bord de contact destiné à venir au moins en partie au contact du visage, le soudage (E3) par ultrason des deux groupes de formes élémentaires au niveau de leurs deux bords libres latéraux afin de former le corps du masque et la fixation (E4) des organes de maintien afin de constituer le masque. A cette fin, l’invention concerne tout d’abord un procédé de fabrication d’un masque de protection respiratoire comprenant un corps multicouche réalisé en un matériau thermoplastique et des organes de maintien adaptés pour maintenir le masque sur le visage d’un être humain, ledit procédé étant remarquable en ce qu’il comprend les étapes de :
- découpage d’une unique pièce dans une bande réalisée dans un matériau thermoplastique de sorte à former un patron monobloc comprenant un nombre pair de formes élémentaires, supérieur ou égal à quatre, chaque couple de formes élémentaires adjacentes étant conformé pour se superposer par pliage selon un axe de symétrie axiale,
- réalisation d’au moins trois pliages des formes élémentaires de manière à réaliser un empilement de formes élémentaires superposées, ledit empilement comprenant deux groupes de formes élémentaires reliés entre eux au niveau d’un bord dit « de jonction », chaque groupe de formes élémentaires comprenant au moins deux bords latéraux et un bord extérieur fermé, les deux bords extérieurs étant superposés,
- soudage par ultrason des deux groupes de formes élémentaires au niveau d’au moins un de leurs bords, notamment les bords latéraux et/ou le bord de jonction, afin de former le corps du masque, les bords extérieurs restant libres de sorte à former un bord de contact destiné à venir au moins en partie au contact du visage,

L’utilisation d’un patron monobloc permet d’éviter de découper et de superposer une pluralité de patrons pour les souder, ce qui permet un gain de temps significatif lors de la fabrication du masque. Ensuite, l’utilisation d’un matériau thermoplastique permet le soudage par ultrason, qui est un type de soudage efficace, rapide et qui permet d’obtenir des soudures solides et conformes aux normes de sécurité.
