Abstract
L’invention concerne un dispositif améliorant la conservation des produits alimentaires et organiques en allongeant leur durée de vie et en préservant leur fraicheur. Ce dispositif comprend une boîte étanche (5) qui peut être ouverte ou fermée via une porte (6), et dans laquelle la pression peut être régulée et contrôlée jusqu’à atteindre le vide par un vacuostat, et des LEDS ou autres sources lumineuses (1) émettant des UVC afin de stériliser les produits à l’intérieur. Ce dispositif peut s’intégrer à un système réfrigérant ou être lui-même muni d’un système réfrigérant avec un système de contrôle et de régulation de la température. La présente invention est un système qui a pour de but de conserver des produits de types alimentaires et organiques en ayant une triple action : réfrigérante, de vacuité et de stérilisation. Les trois paramètres sur lesquels fonctionnent le système et qui sont contrôlés pour la conservation sont la température, la pression et les indices de stérilisation. Le domaine technique de l’invention est la conservation, la préservation et la stérilisation des produits.
Notre invention a pour but la prolongation de la durée de vie des produits organiques, médicaux, alimentaires en gardant leur fraicheur (frais, viandes, fruits, légumes, tout produit agroalimentaire de la grande distribution) via une technique de combinaison de type VRS (le vide, une réfrigération avec un contrôle de température, et une stérilisation via rayonnement UVC) ou VS (vide et stérilisation par UVC). Tout cela dans un but économique et écologique, destiné à conserver la qualité et prolonger la durée de vie des produits alimentaires et non alimentaires afin de réduire tout gaspillage.The present invention is a system which aims to preserve products of food and organic types by having a triple action: cooling, vacuity and sterilization. Ce projet mènera à la fabrication et à la production d’un système permettant une longue conservation des aliments et autres produits organiques et médicaux, par la combinaison de trois éléments : le vide, la réfrigération, et la stérilisation.
1 : Le vide sera obtenu par la fabrication d’une boîte parfaitement hermétique conçue dans différents matériaux possibles (plexiglass, plastique, bois, verre, métal, composites ou autres), munie d’une pompe à vide de types variés (mécanique, électrique, électronique, pneumatique et hydraulique) et éventuellement connectée et contrôlée manuellement et/ou à distance. Le contrôle de la pression inferieure à la pression atmosphérique jusqu’à la possibilité d’atteindre le vide se fera par l’intermédiaire d’un vacuostat mécanique, électrique, électronique, pneumatique et hydraulique destiné à réguler et contrôler en permanence la pression choisie ou programmée.
2 : La réfrigération se fera soit par l’installation du récipient dans un système réfrigérant déjà existant soit par la production d’une auto réfrigération par le récipient lui-même.
3 : La désinfection par Ultraviolet de type C respectant toutes les normes en vigueur d’hygiène et de sécurité afin d’éviter tout danger pour la santé capable d’éradiquer quasiment à 100% les germes, mycoses, virus (y compris Covid-19), bactéries ou autres microorganismes pathogènes. A cet effet notre système sera équipé d’ampoules, néons, LED et/ou toutes autres sources d’UVC dans le soucis absolu de protéger la santé de l’utilisateur nous intégrerons toutes sortes de protections (cache, focalisation, vitres anti UV, déclenchement portes fermes lors de l’émission de l’UV, matériaux constitutifs du récipients anti-UV). The arrangement and the projection of the UV will be calculated, adjusted and controlled so as to have a field sweeping all the angles and reliefs of the products to be disinfected.

Cette invention est une boite (5) maintenue sous vide via une pompe (2) en fonctionnement soit électrique, soit électronique, soit mécanique, soit pneumatique, soit électromécanique et/ou soit hydraulique. La pompe génère le vide dans le récipient via un système de régulation et de contrôle de la pression interne grâce à un vacuostat (4). La pression est indiquée par un manomètre mécanique ou électromécanique ou électrique ou par le vacuostat lui-même. Des lampes (1) ou des LED de types UVC sont intégrés au récipient (5) permettant de stériliser tout produit entrant dans la boite selon tous les angles. La boite peut être de 3 types une boite intégrable dans un système réfrigérant et/ou être une boite réfrigérante (8) (de type réfrigérateur ou congélateurs) elle-même et/ou être une boite isotherme. La boite et le système de régulation sont alimentés par batterie (3), secteur avec une prise ou avec une prise intégrée dans le réfrigérateur.
Le récipient est couplé à un système électromécanique abaissant la pression jusqu’à la possibilité d’atteindre le vide. Ce système pourra maintenir, modifier et réguler la pression à la valeur choisie. Cette boite maintenue à une pression donnée permettra de conserver les produits internes. L’action des UVC stérilisera les produits à l’intérieur, une fois la porte fermée. Nous avons prévu de concevoir via l’industrie et ses besoins de conservation, de fraîcheur, d’asepsie et de longévité des produits alimentaires, médicaux ou tout autre destinés à une conservation optimale et à une diminution des pertes et d’un risque de gâchis contrariant un équilibre écologique aujourd’hui prioritaire, en particulier dans le monde de la distribution.
Cette description de notre invention destinée à augmenter la durabilité, et à limiter toutes les pertes qui représentent un véritable fléau, tant à l’échelon de la commercialisation que de la consommation individuelle, rejoint notre souci de permettre à l’individu privé ou public sa participation à une éthique écologique personnelle et collective.
Ces récipients de grandes tailles en matériaux transparents ou opaques seront en mesure de produire à grande échelle: FROID, VIDE et DESINFECTION dont la combinaison produira un effet fortement synergique.
Dans le but de définir les grandes lignes de notre invention nous allons décrire notre
récipient le plus représentatif de notre projet car il y contient tous les éléments de notre
idée : il s’agit du récipient Numéro 1 à savoir celui qui jouit de la plus grande autonomie
énergétique et de toutes les caractéristiques de notre création: il est constitué d’une boîte
capable d’héberger :
- Un vide efficace et suffisant alimenté par une batterie elle-même rechargeable et accompagnée d’un témoin de charge donnant au consommateur le signal de la remise en charge sur le secteur.
- Le froid sera simplement fourni par le réfrigérateur domestique du fait des dimensions adaptable de notre récipient dont l’aménagement intérieur sera judicieusement équipé, afin de recevoir et ranger de façon optimale un maximum d’aliments exposés au vide, des emballages (films), transparents perforés, des boîtes de conservation (verre ou plastique transparentes aux couvercles micro perforés afin d’y permettre une création facilitée du vide interne).
- La stérilisation dans ce récipient autonome, sera assurée par la production d’UVC d’intensité et de durée d’action optimale, à partir de LEDs ou de lampes disposées sous différents angles et bénéficiera d’un cache destiné à protéger du rayonnement l’utilisateur. Le rayonnement se fera porte fermée par un déclenchement mécanique ou électronique, soit lors de l’augmentation de pression interne, soit après utilisation et manipulation septique du contenu après remise à vide. Le temps de rayonnement sera calculé en fonctions du besoin.
