Abstract

La présente invention consiste en un kit d’éléments représentés dans le cas d’un véhicule de type motocyclette sur les figures [Fig. 1] et [Fig. 2], constitué des éclairages avant (1) et arrière intégrant le feu stop (8), des feux clignotants (4,5) et (9,10), des deux rétroviseurs (2,3), du support de plaque d’immatriculation (6) et de la commande sans fil de l’ensemble (7). Ce kit se monte sur un véhicule ne comprenant pas ces éléments initialement et le transforme ainsi en véhicule homologué et autorisé à rouler sur route ouverte dans la circulation routière, permettant par exemple à une motocyclette de piste de rouler sur la route résolvant donc les problématiques des utilisateurs qui peuvent aller faire le plein de carburant, tester leur véhicule, faire une ballade sans devoir monter le véhicule dans une remorque. Particulièrement les véhicules deux roues mais également pour tout autre véhicule roulant avec ou sans moteur (Vélo, trottinette, quad, kart, etc …). Le dispositif de l’invention permet de transformer ledit véhicule et de le rendre apte et homologué aux lois en vigueur pour rouler dans la circulation routière (route dite ouverte). Tout particulièrement, les motocyclettes peuvent évoluer sur circuit ou piste dites fermées ou privées et peuvent grâce à l’invention également se déplacer légalement sur la route dite ouverte au sein de la circulation routière. Le dispositif de l’invention permet d’apporter un kit d’éléments nécessaires à l’autorisation suivant le code de la route et la législation du pays, à noter que tous les éléments ne sont pas nécessaires dans certains pays. Le dispositif peut donc être adapté en fonction des différentes législations. Enfin un boitier (7) permettant de commander l’ensemble des éclairages du dispositif de l’invention et étant fixé comme un bracelet sur la zone du guidon du véhicule afin de permettre à l’utilisateur du véhicule d’actionner les commandes pendant l’utilisation du véhicule.
