Abstract
Un ensemble de traitement thermique (1) d’une région cible d’un tissu biologique comprenant :- un générateur d’énergie thermique (3) ;- un applicateur d’énergie (2) couplé audit générateur et configuré pour déposer de l’énergie thermique dans ladite région cible de manière à induire une variation de température;- un dispositif d’acquisition d’images IRM (4) configuré pour générer au moins une image IRM anatomique (IMG_IRM_A) et au moins une image de phase (IMG_IRM_P); - une unité de planification (5) comprenant un moyen de traitement d’images IRM (6) configuré pour définir la région cible Rc, une région à préserver Rp et une région neutre Rn sur ladite au moins une image IRM anatomique (IMG_IRM_A), ledit moyen de traitement d’images IRM étant également configuré pour attribuer une consigne de traitement thermique à chacune des trois régions et une incertitude de mesure de température acceptable à chacune des trois régions ;- une unité de surveillance de l’évolution de l’état du traitement thermique (9) configurée pour recevoir des données provenant de l’unité de planification (5) et des données provenant du dispositif d’acquisition d’images IRM (4) en temps réel pendant une phase de traitement thermique, ladite unité de surveillance (9) comprenant un moyen de génération d’images de température (10) à partir de ladite au moins une image de phase (IMG_IRM_P), un moyen de calcul d’un indicateur de fiabilité (11) de la variation de température indiquée sur l’image de température et un moyen de calcul d’un indicateur de l’état du traitement thermique (12) dans chacune des trois régions.
