Abstract

Les dessins annexés illustrent l’invention : La Figure 1 représente en vue supérieure le kit d’injection (1) contenant l’intégralité des dispositifs. La Figure 2 représente en coupe les modalités de fermeture permettant le maintien stérile par une opercule (8). En référence à ces dessins le dispositif présente un boitier plastique (1) retenant la seringue pré remplie (4). A côté sont disposés le réservoir à désinfectant (2), le blépharostat (6) et le marqueur limbique (3). A titre d’exemple non limitatif, le champ stérile repose au-dessus de la seringue afin de laisser libre d’accès le réservoir à désinfectant. A titre d’exemple non limitatif le packaging aura des dimensions de l’ordre de 20 cm de longueur, 10 cm de largeur et 3 cm de hauteur. La présente invention s’applique au domaine de la rétine médicale en ophtalmologie. Il concerne un packaging pour regrouper dans un même emballage une seringue d’injection intra vitréenne et un pack stérile comprenant le matériel stérile à usage unique : réservoir ou cupule à désinfectant, blépharostat, marqueur de distance limbique et champ stérile.The present invention applies to the field of the medical retina in ophthalmology. A ce jour les injections intra vitréennes sont présentées d’une part dans un emballage stérile où est stockée la seringue pré remplie, de l’autre un kit d’injection stérile. La présence de 2 dispositifs représente un surcout écologique et économique. La nécessité de commande des kits par les praticiens entraine une lourdeur logistique et de traçabilité. Le dispositif selon l’invention permet de fusionner dans un packaging la seringue contenant le traitement et tous ou partie des dispositifs suivants : récipient a désinfectant, champ stérile, blépharostat, marquer de distance limbique et aiguille ( ). Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique un récipient plastique moulé (1) dans lequel reposent le produit (4) et les dispositifs d’injection suscités. Ainsi l’utilisateur se voit fournir en un seul pack tout le matériel lui permettant de réaliser une injection dans des conditions stériles avec un minimum de manipulations.
