Abstract

Appareil de cuisson portatif à gaz à brûleur rotatif orbitale permettant d’effectuer différentes opérations de cuissons. La présente invention concerne un appareil à gaz portatif dont la rotation orbitale du brûleur permet la miniaturisation et d’effectuer plusieurs opérations de cuissons avec le même appareil. La rotation orbitale du brûleur permet de le positionner soit sur la voûte, le côté ou le sol ce qui a pour effet de réduire la taille de l’enceinte contrairement aux autres appareils de cuissons à bruleur rotatif qui tourne sur leur axe central et donc reste quelque soit leurs orientations toujours positionné au centre de l’appareil. Traditionnellement les appareils de cuissons à gaz portatif sont limités en opérations de cuissons de part leur brûleur statique. La position centrale des brûleurs rotatif dans l’enceinte de cuisson engendre une augmentation de la taille de l’enceinte et donc également de l’appareil. L’appareil est destiné à la cuisson des aliments.
