L'invention concerne notamment un dispositif (1) de transfert d’un produit fibreux et broyé pour animaux, tel que de la paille. Ce dispositif est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend : une première trémie (10) dite « trémie tampon » d’axe longitudinal (X-X’), au fond de laquelle s’étend selon un axe perpendiculaire (4, 4’) audit axe longitudinal (X-X’), une vis spirale (2) de distribution à deux sens opposés de rotation ;une deuxième (11) et une troisième trémies (12) dites « trémies de distribution », qui sont disposées de part et d’autre de ladite trémie tampon (10) et qui communiquent chacune avec elle par une ouverture (116, 126) de communication dans laquelle est engagée l’extrémité correspondant de ladite vis (2) ; lesdites trémies de distribution (11, 12) comportant chacune au moins un orifice d’évacuation (117, 127) qui occupe une position plus basse que celle ladite ouverture de communication (116, 126).
