Ce procédé comporte : la détermination d’une fréquence caractéristique () d’un défaut possible de l’actionneur (100), l’estimation de coefficients () d’une somme pondérée de composantes spectrales () à des fréquences d’analyse () respectives pour approcher un signal de mesure () d’une grandeur de fonctionnement de l’actionneur (100), au moins une des fréquences d’analyse () étant obtenue à partir de la fréquence caractéristique () du défaut, et la détection ou non du défaut à partir des coefficients estimés ().
