Abstract

Procédé et système de détection d’un objet statique dans un environnement surveillé par au moins une caméra Ce procédé comporte : une étape (110) d’acquisition par une caméra d’un flux d’images, chaque image étant indexée par une date et correspondant à l’observation d’une scène de l’environnement ; puis, pour chaque image, une étape (120) de prétraitement consistant à : soustraire (122), de l’image considérée, une image du fond de la scène observée, pour obtenir une image de formes ; isoler (124), dans l’image considérée, une silhouette pour chaque personne présente dans la scène observée, pour obtenir une image de silhouettes ; et, combiner (126) l’image de formes et l’image de silhouettes pour obtenir une image traitée, ne comportant que des objets présents dans la scène observée, et enfin, sur une succession temporelle d’images traitées, une étape (130) consistant à suivre d’une image traitée à l’autre chaque objet et à émettre une alerte dès qu’un objet est identifié comme étant statique durant la fenêtre temporelle de détection.
