L’invention concerne un dispositif photovoltaïque bifacial de référence (11) comprenant au moins :- une première cellule photovoltaïque bifaciale de référence (21) reliée à un premier circuit électrique (31) fermé comportant une première résistance (310) ; - une deuxième cellule photovoltaïque bifaciale de référence (22) reliée à un deuxième circuit électrique (32) ouvert ;- des moyens de mesure de tension, aptes à mesurer : la tension du courant de court-circuit VIcc1 de la première cellule de référence (21) aux bornes de la première résistance (310), et la tension en circuit ouvert Vco2 de la deuxième cellule de référence (22) aux bornes du deuxième circuit (32);les cellules photovoltaïques bifaciales de référence étant disposées sensiblement selon un même plan. L’invention concerne également un système photovoltaïque bifacial intégrant un dispositif photovoltaïque bifacial de référence. L’invention concerne aussi un procédé de de détermination d’une température et d’un courant de court-circuit d’un tel dispositif de référence.
