L’invention concerne un procédé de réglage d’un dispositif optique  comportant les étapes suivantes :- montage (100) d’une plaque de diffraction sur une monture; - émission (102) d’un faisceau lumineux ;- acquisition (104) d’une image par un ensemble de capteurs, ladite image comportant une première, une deuxième, une troisième et une quatrième lignes droites de diffraction ;- déplacement (106) de l’ensemble de capteurs le long de l’axe optique jusqu’à ce que la deuxième, la troisième et la quatrième lignes droites se coupent en un point  ;- rotation (108) de l’ensemble de capteurs autour de l’axe optique ;- rotation (112) de l’ensemble de capteurs autour d’un axe vertical. L’invention concerne également un procédé d’harmonisation une plaque de diffraction et un système optique.
