Cet organe de déstructuration et de pressage de jus de fruits ou de légumes comprend :– un tambour extérieur rotatif constitué de deux zones superposées, en continuité l’une avec l’autre, respectivement :. une zone supérieure dont la paroi interne reçoit des barrettes en saillie radiale, et adoptant un cheminement sensiblement en forme d’hélice ;. une zone inférieure constituée d’un tamis destiné à n’autoriser le passage que du jus du fruit ou du légume ;– un noyau central statique (10) apte à assurer en coopération avec le tambour rotatif la progression du fruit ou du légume déstructuré d’une zone supérieure vers une zone inférieure de filtration, comprenant deux zones :. une zone supérieure située en regard de la zone supérieure du tambour rotatif, et pourvue à sa périphérie de filets hélicoïdaux (13) en saillie ;. une zone inférieure, située en regard de la zone inférieure du tambour rotatif, pourvue à sa périphérie de filets hélicoïdaux en saillie (14), et dont l’enveloppe externe s’évase en direction du bas. Le tambour est mu en rotation autour du noyau central statique (10), et les barrettes (8) coopèrent avec l’arrête des filets hélicoïdaux (13).
