Abstract

Système numérique d’aide aux opérations de maintenance sur un aéronef (A) comprenant :- un dispositif d’acquisition (11) d’images,- au moins un détecteur (12) de position et de déplacement du dispositif d’acquisition d’images,- un ou plusieurs modules de traitement (15, 25) de données, configuré(s) pour :- détecter, à partir d’au moins une image donnée d’une séquence d’images provenant dudit dispositif d’acquisition (11) d’images et par comparaison à une ou plusieurs images de référence, une région défectueuse de ladite surface externe de l’aéronef,- déterminer des coordonnées géométriques de points de ladite région défectueuse détectée et associer ces coordonnées à des données inertielles de positionnement et de déplacement issues du détecteur,au moins un desdits modules de traitement (20) de données étant configuré en outre pour, à partir d’images réelles captées par le dispositif d’acquisition d’images produire en temps réel, à destination d’un dispositif (13, 23) de projection d’images un flux d’images sur lequel au moins un premier objet virtuel (O1), représentatif de ladite région défectueuse détectée est superposé et synchronisé (figure 1).Digital system for aiding maintenance operations on an aircraft (A) comprising:- an image acquisition device (11),- at least one position and displacement detector (12) of the image acquisition device images,- one or more data processing modules (15, 25), configured to:- detect, from at least one given image of a sequence of images coming from said acquisition device (11 ) of images and by comparison with one or more reference images, a defective region of said outer surface of the aircraft,- determining geometric coordinates of points of said detected defective region and associating these coordinates with inertial positioning data and displacement from the detector, at least one of said data processing modules (20) being further configured to, from real images captured by the image acquisition device, produce in real time, intended for a device (13, 23) for projecting im ages a stream of images on which at least a first virtual object (O1), representative of said detected defective region is superimposed and synchronized (figure 1).
