Abstract

Ce dispositif (1) comprend : - un corps central (10) d'espacement, ainsi que - des coiffes latérales (20,40), qui sont aptes à envelopper au moins en partie l’extrémité (121,141) de chaque pièce de serrage (120,140) de la butée avant (101), portant l’ergot de serrage, de manière à protéger à la fois lesdites pièces de serrage et lesdits ergots de serrage à l'égard des chocs extérieurs. Par conséquent cela permet de réduire les risques de casses mécaniques de la butée, dus notamment à des chocs exercés de manière intempestive sur cette butée avant. Par ailleurs les ergots, qui sont escamotés par le dispositif de protection, ne sont pas susceptibles de venir en contact avec des accessoires extérieurs, ce qui évite sensiblement tout risque de dégradation de ces accessoires. Consequently, this makes it possible to reduce the risks of mechanical breakage of the abutment, due in particular to shocks exerted inadvertently on this front abutment. Furthermore, the lugs, which are retracted by the protective device, are not likely to come into contact with external accessories, which substantially avoids any risk of degradation of these accessories.
