PROCEDE DE PALPAGE D’UNE SURFACE COURBE POUR DETERMINER UNE PROFONDEUR DE PERCAGE CORRIGEE Procédé de palpage d’une surface courbe (200) d’une pièce structurale pour déterminer une profondeur de perçage corrigée, au niveau d’un point de palpage (201), permettant d’obtenir un logement apte à recevoir une fixation (300) de manière affleurante, mettant en œuvre un ensemble de palpage (100) comprenant un module de palpage (10) monté coulissant dans un nez (20) suivant un axe longitudinal X dudit nez, le module de palpage comportant une tige de palpage (11), ledit procédé comprenant : une étape (510) de centrage de l’ensemble de palpage (100) sur le point de palpage (201), dans laquelle l’axe X du nez est rendu sensiblement normal à la surface courbe (200) au point de palpage (201) ; une étape (520) de positionnement de l’ensemble de palpage autour du point de palpage, dans laquelle la tige de palpage et le nez viennent au contact de la surface courbe ; une étape (540) de calcul d’une distance Δ dépendant d’une position d de la tige de palpage (11) par rapport au nez (20) lorsque le contact de l’étape précédente est établi ; la profondeur de perçage corrigée dépendant de la distance Δ.
