Abstract

Ce procédé de détermination d’une position d’au moins un insert matériel (2) pour une fabrication d’une aube de turbomachine en cire perdue, comprend : - une génération (E1) d’un modèle numérique tridimensionnel à partir du modèle en cire matériel (1), le modèle numérique tridimensionnel comportant une enveloppe numérique correspondant à l’enveloppe matérielle du modèle en cire, et comprenant au moins un insert numérique correspondant chacun à un insert matériel (2) ; - une délimitation (E2) de l’enveloppe du modèle en cire numérique et dudit au moins un insert numérique dans le modèle numérique tridimensionnel ; - un recalage du modèle numérique tridimensionnel sur un modèle tridimensionnel nominal, - une mesure (E3) d’un écart entre la périphérie externe du modèle numérique tridimensionnel et l’enveloppe du modèle en cire numérique et, - une mesure d’un écart entre la périphérie externe du modèle numérique tridimensionnel et la périphérie externe de l’insert numérique.
