Domaine technique auquel se rapport l’inventionTechnical field to which the invention relates
The present invention relates to a device for guided breathing and cardiac coherence. The application aims in particular to teach the user to manage his stress in a natural way, by controlling breathing. The application thus allows the user to ensure or regain a balance of his autonomic nervous system, thus allowing the body to return to calm.
Etat de l’art actuelCurrent state of the art
There are now several products for guided breathing and cardiac coherence that offer digital visual support to guide the user. This implies an increased solicitation of the visual cortex. Consequently, relaxation cannot be complete, visual excitation in the near field being counter-productive since it stimulates the organism and thus provokes or accentuates the imbalance of the autonomic nervous system.
Current guided breathing support systems offer breathing exercises with arbitrary and non-scalable rhythms. They do not offer real-time adaptation based on the user's breathing rate.
Amélioration par rapport à l’existantImprovement compared to the existing
The device uses the sense of touch, through vibrations emitted. The eyes can remain closed, thus avoiding the stimulation of the visual cortex, which promotes the state of relaxation.
The device, through its measurement system, non-intrusively captures the user's breathing rate throughout the exercise. This allows a permanent adaptation of the program to adjust to each user to promote greater adoption.
