Il est décrit un procédé de traitement d’une image en scintigraphie comprenant: l’obtention (201) d’une image en scintigraphie thyroïdienne représentative de la distribution et de la fixation à un temps T1 d’un isotope radioactif, administré à un patient à un temps T0;l’obtention (202) d’une valeur représentative de la fixation globale au temps T1 ;la détermination (203) d’une première surface de l’image représentative d’une partie p de la fixation au temps T1 ;la détermination (204) d’un rapport entre ladite première surface et une seconde surface, ladite seconde surface étant représentative de la fixation globale au temps T1 ;la génération (205) d’un signal représentatif d’une image représentative de la première surface.
