L’invention concerne un système (1) de montage d’un appui-tête de véhicule automobile sur un dossier de siège, ledit système comprenant : une tige (4) métallique, une gaine (5) à base d’un premier matériau plastique moulé de réception en coulissement de ladite tige, ladite gaine présentant un conduit (6) pourvu d’une face interne (7) de guidage de ladite tige ; au moins un patin (8) de contact associé à ladite face interne, ledit patin : étant saillant vers l’intérieur de ladite gaine par rapport à la zone contigüe (9) de ladite face interne s’étendant autour de lui, de manière à prendre appui par une face d’appui (10) sur ladite tige ; étant à base d’un deuxième matériau plastique non poreux présentant un coefficient de frottement sur ladite tige moindre que celui dudit premier matériau.
