Abstract
Description
une obtention de la masse grasse de trois coupes du corps de l’individu, la masse grasse résultant d’une analyse d’images de ces trois coupes acquises par une technique d’imagerie par résonance magnétique, une première coupe étant acquise au niveau de la poitrine de l’individu, une deuxième coupe étant acquise au niveau de l’abdomen de l’individu et une troisième coupe étant acquise au niveau de la cuisse de l’individu;
un calcul de la masse grasse corporelle totale de l’individu par application d’un modèle multilinéaire à l’âge, au poids, au sexe et aux trois masses grasses obtenues pour les trois coupes.
MG = -12,74105 + (0,02919 * AG) + (4,27634 * SX *) + (0,22008 x PG) + (26,92234 x MG1) + (23,70142 x MG2) + (37,94739 x MG3)
où AG est l’âge en années, SX représente le sexe et est égal à 1 pour une femme et 0 pour un homme, PG est le poids en kilogrammes, MG1 est la masse grasse de la première coupe acquise entre les vertèbres thoraciques T6 et T7, MG2 est la masse grasse de la deuxième coupe acquise entre les vertèbres lombaires L4 et L5, MG3 est la masse grasse de la troisième coupe acquise à mi-cuisse.

Claims (10)
- Procédé de détermination de la masse grasse corporelle totale d’un individu, le procédé comprenant:
une obtention (400) de l’âge, du poids et du sexe de l’individu;
une obtention (410) de la masse grasse de trois coupes du corps de l’individu, la masse grasse résultant d’une analyse d’images de ces trois coupes acquises par une technique d’imagerie par résonance magnétique, une première coupe étant acquise au niveau de la poitrine de l’individu, une deuxième coupe étant acquise au niveau de l’abdomen de l’individu et une troisième coupe étant acquise au niveau de la cuisse de l’individu;
un calcul (420) de la masse grasse corporelle totale de l’individu par application d’un modèle multilinéaire à l’âge, au poids, au sexe et aux trois masses grasses obtenues pour les trois coupes. - Procédé de détermination de la masse maigre corporelle totale d’un individu, le procédé comprenant:
une obtention (400, 405) de l’âge, du poids, de la taille et du sexe de l’individu;
une obtention (415) de la masse maigre de trois coupes du corps de l’individu, la masse maigre résultant d’une analyse d’images de ces trois coupes acquises par une technique d’imagerie par résonance magnétique, une première coupe étant acquise au niveau de la poitrine de l’individu, une deuxième coupe étant acquise au niveau de l’abdomen de l’individu et une troisième coupe étant acquise au niveau de la cuisse de l’individu;
un calcul (425) de la masse maigre corporelle totale de l’individu par application d’un modèle multilinéaire à l’âge, au poids, au sexe, à la taille et aux trois masses maigres obtenues pour les trois coupes. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la deuxième coupe est acquise entre les vertèbres lombaires L2 et L3, ou entre les vertèbres lombaires L3 et L4 ou entre les vertèbres lombaires L4 et L5.
- Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première coupe est acquise entre les vertèbres thoraciques T4 et T5 ou entre les vertèbres thoraciques T5 et T6 ou entre les vertèbres thoraciques T6 et T7.
- Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la troisième coupe est acquise à une position à mi-cuisse.
- Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la position à mi-cuisse est déterminée à partir de la taille et du sexe de l’individu.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la masse grasse MG est calculée selon la formule suivante :

- Support d'enregistrement lisible par un ordinateur sur lequel est enregistré un programme d'ordinateur comprenant des instructions de programme pour l'exécution des étapes d’un procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
