Abstract

Dispositif de maintien dynamique de l’ouverture de la première commissure de la main humaine. L’invention concerne un dispositif de maintient dynamique de l’ouverture de la première commissure de la main, procurant un confort au quotidien. Il est constitué d’un tricot élastique enveloppant une partie de la main avec une poche intégrée afin d’y installer un bloc dynamique actuellement en silicone. Celui-ci permet un rappel automatique de l’ouverture de la première commissure sans aucune action musculaire. Le dispositif selon l’invention est particulièrement destiné à améliorer la fonction de la main chez des personnes porteuses de rhizarthrose.Device for dynamically maintaining the opening of the first commissure of the human hand. L’ouverture de la première commissure de la main est naturellement effectuée par les muscles intrinsèques de la main et les muscles de l’avant-bras. La charnière de cette ouverture est assurée par la présence de l’articulation trapézo-métacarpienne. Au fur et à mesure du vieillissement naturel, cette articulation se dégrade et devient source de douleurs. Il s’en suit une limitation douloureuse de l’ouverture de cette commissure. Il crée ainsi un deuxième axe de rotation et permet de limiter les contraintes mécaniques de l’articulation trapézo-métarcapienne. Ledit dispositif possède aussi des caractéristiques mécaniques absorbantes. Il permet donc de limiter les chocs extérieurs (vibrations) qui peuvent se répercuter sur l’articulation trapézo-métarcapienne. Ceci a pour finalité clinique de limiter les douleurs et d’améliorer la fonction de préhension de la main.The device according to the invention makes it possible to limit these disadvantages.
