Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de gestion d’une unité de traitement d’un gaz par adsorption à modulation de pression, l’unité comportant : au moins un adsorbeur suivant un cycle de pression, une pluralité de capteurs, pour mesurer des données opératoires réelles relatives à l’unité de traitement, un dispositif de contrôle-commande, un simulateur de l’unité, le simulateur étant agencé pour déterminer des données opératoires théoriques à partir d’au moins une partie des données opératoires réelles, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comporte les étapes de : recevoir (E1) au moins une partie des données opératoires réelles, determiner (E2), un indicateur des performances réelles de l’unité, à partir des données opératoires réelles, déterminer (E3) un indicateur des performances théoriques de l’unité, à partir des données opératoires théoriques, déterminer (E4) un ratio entre l’indicateur des performances réelles et l’indicateur des performances théoriques.
