Abstract
Les étages de sortie des amplificateurs audio traditionnels exploitent des transistors dont la stabilité du courant de repos est assurée par des résistances entre émetteurs et sortie. Cela pénalise linéarité et impédance de sortie. Le dispositif selon la présente invention remédie à ces inconvénients par un transistor de sortie (CFP) dont l’émetteur est directement relié à la sortie, transistor dont le courant de collecteur est régulé via un capteur de courant (CCA) et une source de courant (CSO) pilotée par un contrôleur de courant (CCO) assurant un courant de repos dans le transistor de sortie indépendant du courant de sortie ainsi qu’un courant faible de veille dans la source de courant. Ainsi la tension de sortie reste contrôlée par l’émetteur d’un même transistor qui ne se bloque jamais cependant que le courant de sortie est produit alternativement par la source de courant et par le transistor de sortie. This penalizes linearity and output impedance. The device according to the present invention overcomes these drawbacks by an output transistor (CFP) whose emitter is directly connected to the output, transistor whose collector current is regulated via a current sensor (CCA) and a current source (CSO) driven by a current controller (CCO) ensuring a quiescent current in the output transistor independent of the output current as well as a low standby current in the current source. Thus the output voltage remains controlled by the emitter of the same transistor which never blocks while the output current is produced alternately by the current source and by the output transistor.
