L’invention concerne un kit d’adaptation d’une porte munie d’une poignée fixée sur un axe, pour son ouverture par pédale, comprenant : Une première bielle (4) présentant d’un côté un trou de forme complémentaire à celle de l’axe de la poignée, et de l’autre côté un moyen d’accrochage d’un élément de liaison (20) Un moyen d’actionnement inférieur apte à être fixé sur la partie inférieure de la porte, pour exercer une traction sur ledit élément de liaison (20) Un élément de liaison (20) assurant l’accouplement de ladite première bielle (4) avec ledit moyen d’actionnement inférieur.
