Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d’un réservoir de stockage de fluide sous pression et une installation de mise en œuvre, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) on fournit un support rigide de révolution (10) comportant une partie centrale (34) et deux parties d’extrémité opposées arrondies (30, 32) ; b) on fournit un ruban composite comprenant un matériau polymère thermoplastique et un matériau fibreux noyé dans ledit matériau polymère ; c) on provoque la fusion du matériau polymère dudit ruban et on enroule ledit ruban autour dudit support rigide (10) en réalisant des spires jointives et des spires superposées de manière à former une couche composite autour dudit support rigide (10). Et on applique en outre localement une pluralité de portions discontinues (40) dudit ruban sur au moins l’une desdites deux parties d’extrémité opposées arrondies (30, 32).
