Abstract

L’invention concerne un ventilateur, en particulier pour la ventilation transtrachéale d'urgence, comprenant une source de gaz comprimé contrôlable, un tube ramifié pour fournir et évacuer le gaz respiratoire vers et depuis le patient (d), une buse venturi (b) étant agencée pour supporter l'expiration, caractérisée en ce que la buse venturi (b) est disposée au centre dans un tuyau plus grand l'entourant, sur la paroi intérieure de laquelle se trouve un rétrécissement en coupe transversale (c) et une ouverture d'écoulement pouvant être fermée à distance, la buse venturi (b) est reliée à l’une de ses extrémités à la source de gaz comprimé contrôlable via un tuyau (a) et à l'autre de ses extrémités au tube ramifié pour fournir et évacuer le gaz respiratoire vers et depuis le patient (d).
