L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une isolation électrique améliorée d’un cadre-support (1) métallique de décor lumineux, une ou plusieurs guirlandes lumineuses étant installées sur ledit cadre, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :- conformer le cadre-support (1) par agencement d’une pluralité de tubes (10, 11, 12, 13) creux métalliques indépendants les uns des autres,- assembler les tubes (10, 11, 12, 13) entre eux au moyen d’éléments d’assemblage (21, 22, 23, 24) démontables réalisés dans un matériau électriquement isolant.
