L’invention porte principalement sur un écumeur de surface (1) pour un bassin tel qu'une piscine, un spa, ou un bassin naturel comportant: - une meurtrière (2) par laquelle est destinée à être aspirée de l’eau du bassin, - un volet (10) pouvant avoir notamment une fonction de clapet anti-retour pour empêcher que des débris aspirés retournent dans le bassin et/ou de régulateur de lame d'eau, et - un enjoliveur (11) destiné à recouvrir au moins en partie la meurtrière (2), - le volet (10) étant monté articulé, de préférence par une liaison pivot, sur l’enjoliveur (11).
