Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage de plusieurs pièces, par immersion simultanée dans une solution spécifique soumise à des ondes ultrasonores Le dispositif de nettoyage (2) comprend un bac (4) apte à contenir une solution spécifique de nettoyage, un générateur d’ondes ultrasonores (6) apte à générer des ondes ultrasonores dans le bac (4) et un tambour (8) insérable dans le bac (4). Le tambour se compose d’une armature (14) délimitée par une première platine (16), reliée à une seconde platine (18) par l’intermédiaire d’au moins une tige (20). Le tambour (8) comporte au moins deux poches (26) aptes à contenir une pièce à nettoyer, les poches (26) étant perméables à une solution spécifique contenue dans le bac (4) et en ce que les poches (26) sont maintenues à au moins une tige (20) de l’armature (14). Ainsi, plusieurs pièces peuvent être nettoyées simultanément dans le bac (4), de façon plus homogène tout en limitant leur détérioration due à des chocs entre les pièces. The drum (8) comprises at least two pockets (26) capable of containing a part to be cleaned, the pockets (26) being permeable to a specific solution contained in the tank (4) and in that the pockets (26) are maintained to at least one rod (20) of the armature (14). Thus, several parts can be cleaned simultaneously in the tank (4), more homogeneously while limiting their deterioration due to shocks between the parts. Figure 1
