Abstract

La présente invention concerne un kit vétérinaire de prélèvement, dépôt et séparation d’un échantillon de sang sur un animal, notamment en vue de réaliser une analyse quantitative du plasma sanguin, le kit comprenant :un outil de prélèvement prévu pour prélever un volume prédéterminé d’un échantillon de sang sur une zone de prélèvement de l’animal,un papier de support (5) comprenant une zone de recueil (54) prévue pour recueillir l’échantillon de sang, dans lequel un matériau du papier de support (5) est adapté pour que le plasma sanguin soit séparé de la zone de recueil (54) par écoulement le long du papier de support (5), et adapté pour retenir les cellules sanguines au niveau de la zone de recueil (54). L’invention concerne également un procédé d’analyse sérologique d’un échantillon de sang d’un animal, suite à un prélèvement mis en œuvre à l’aide du kit vétérinaire susmentionné.
