Abstract

L’invention propose un procédé de gestion d’un tunnel cryogénique dans lequel circulent à l’aide d’un convoyeur des produits à refroidir ou surgeler, tunnel équipé de moyens d’arrivée d’un fluide cryogénique, et équipé de moyens de ventilation de l’atmosphère interne au tunnel, comprenant la mise en œuvre des mesures suivantes : on dispose d’un détecteur, apte à fournir une information selon laquelle un produit entre dans le tunnel et à fournir une information d’absence d’arrivée de produit depuis un temps de consigne donné, temps de consigne lié au temps de passage des produits dans le tunnel actuellement en vigueur ; on dispose d’un variateur, apte à faire varier la vitesse des ventilateurs ; on dispose d’un système d’acquisition et de traitement de données  apte à agir sur le variateur, et l’on ordonne une limitation de la vitesse des ventilateurs  quand le système d’acquisition reçoit des informations selon lesquelles : aucun produit n’est entré dans le tunnel depuis ledit temps de consigne donné ; et que le dernier produit entré dans le tunnel en est sorti ; on ordonne le retour de la vitesse des ventilateurs à une valeur de référence quand ledit système de détection détecte l’arrivée d’au moins un produit dans le tunnel.The invention proposes a method for managing a cryogenic tunnel in which circulate with the aid of a conveyor products to be cooled or frozen, tunnel equipped with means of arrival of a cryogenic fluid, and equipped with means of ventilation of the atmosphere inside the tunnel, comprising the implementation of the following measures: a detector is available, able to provide information that a product is entering the tunnel and to provide information that no product has arrived since a given set time, set time linked to the passage time of the products in the tunnel currently in force; there is a dimmer, able to vary the speed of the fans; a data acquisition and processing system is available capable of acting on the drive, and fan speed limitation is ordered when the acquisition system receives information that: no product is entered the tunnel since said given set time; and the last product entered the tunnel has exited; the fan speed is ordered to return to a reference value when said detection system detects the arrival of at least one product in the tunnel.
