Selon l’invention, l’extrémité distale (48) de l’endoscope (40) comprend en outre une tête (52) d’émission d’un faisceau laser de nettoyage (57), ce faisceau laser (57) étant configuré pour créer un plasma d’ablation de matières corrodées/oxydées (59) de l’aube (24, 34).
