Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conditionnement thermique d'un véhicule automobile pourvu d’un habitacle et équipé, d’un moteur électrique (M), d’une batterie (B) de traction et d’une électronique de puissance (5, 6), ledit dispositif comprenant trois circuits de liquide caloporteur formant, respectivement, une boucle à très basse température (TBT) pour le refroidissement de la batterie (B) de traction, une boucle à basse température (BT) pour le refroidissement du moteur électrique (M) et de l’électronique de puissance (5, 6) et une boucle à haute température (HT) pour le chauffage de l’habitacle, les trois boucles étant raccordées entre elles par des conduites et des clapets anti-retour (20, 30), caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend, d’une part, une électrovanne trois voies (1) dont une première voie est raccordée à la boucle très basse température (TBT), une seconde voie est raccordée à la liaison entre la boucle à basse température (BT) et la boucle haute température (HT) et une troisième voie raccordée à la liaison entre la boucle à très basse température (TBT) et la boucle à basse température (BT) et, d’autre part, une électrovanne (2) dont une première voie est raccordée à la boucle haute température (HT) et une seconde voie est raccordée à la liaison entre la boucle à très basse température (TBT) et la boucle à basse température (BT), les deux électrovannes (1, 2) étant destinées à isoler et/ou à connecter au moins deux des trois circuits caloporteurs.
 Figure 1AThe present invention relates to a thermal conditioning device for a motor vehicle provided with a passenger compartment and equipped with an electric motor (M), a traction battery (B) and power electronics (5, 6), said device comprising three heat transfer liquid circuits forming, respectively, a very low temperature loop (TBT) for cooling the traction battery (B), a low temperature loop (BT) for cooling the electric motor (M) and power electronics (5, 6) and a high temperature loop (HT) for heating the passenger compartment, the three loops being interconnected by pipes and non-return valves (20 , 30), characterized in that it comprises, on the one hand, a three-way solenoid valve (1) of which a first way is connected to the very low temperature loop (TBT), a second way is connected to the connection between the low temperature loop (BT) and the high temperature loop (HT) and a third channel connected to the link between the very low temperature loop (TBT) and the low temperature loop (BT) and, on the other hand, a solenoid valve (2) of which a first channel is connected to the high temperature loop (HT) and a second channel is connected to the connection between the very low temperature loop (TBT) and the low temperature loop (BT), the two solenoid valves (1, 2) being intended to isolate and/or connect at least two of the three heat transfer circuits.
