Abstract
Procédé de fabrication de miroirs qui comporte une étape de construction desdits miroirs par impression 3D sur un moule (10) disposé sur un plateau (2) d’une imprimante 3D (1) utilisant une technologie d’impression par dépôt de matière fondue (FFF), ledit moule comportant une face libre (10a) complémentaire d’une face optique (20) d’un miroir (22) à fabriquer, ladite construction comportant le dépôt en couches successives sur le moule d’un filament polymère (4) fondu chargé d’une poudre d’un matériau céramique, ledit dépôt commençant par la face optique (20) du miroir sur ladite face libre (10a) du moule, une étape de désassemblage du miroir et du moule, une étape de déliantage de la poudre céramique et une étape de frittage de la poudre céramique pour solidifier le miroir.
