Le système (1) comprend également un moyen de déplacement (106), de préférence motorisé, sur lequel est monté le moyen de prise de mesure (10), le moyen de déplacement (106) étant configuré pour déplacer le moyen de prise de mesure (10) entre lesdites parties d’ouvrage (100), à des positions successives (P1, P2, P3), afin de permettre au moyen de prise de mesure (10) de viser et de mesurer les coordonnées de ladite pluralité de cibles (Ci). L’invention concerne également un procédé correspondant de surveillance des mouvements éventuels de parties d’ouvrage.
