Abstract
L’invention propose un système de détection de fuite de carburant depuis un circuit d’injection de carburant à haute pression de moteur diesel vers l’environnement, le circuit d’injection de carburant à haute pression comprenant :- une pompe, - au moins un injecteur, - un rail d’alimentation de chaque injecteur en sortie de la pompe, - un régulateur du débit de la pompe et- un contrôleur du régulateur de débit de la pompe, comprenant au moins un terme intégral, le système comprenant un calculateur configuré pour, lors d’une période d’injection stable du moteur diesel où le régulateur du débit de la pompe est actif, - surveiller la valeur du terme intégral du contrôleur du régulateur du débit de la pompe, et- détecter une fuite de carburant dans le circuit d’injection si la valeur du terme intégral est non nulle moyennant une tolérance prédéterminée pendant une durée supérieure à un seuil prédéterminé. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig.1The invention provides a system for detecting fuel leakage from a diesel engine high pressure fuel injection circuit to the environment, the high pressure fuel injection circuit comprising:- a pump, - at least an injector, - a supply rail for each injector at the outlet of the pump, - a regulator of the flow rate of the pump and- a controller of the flow regulator of the pump, comprising at least one integral term, the system comprising a computer configured to, during a stable injection period of the diesel engine when the pump flow regulator is active, - monitor the value of the integral term of the controller of the pump flow regulator, and - detect a fuel leak in the injection circuit if the value of the integral term is non-zero with a predetermined tolerance for a duration greater than a predetermined threshold.
