Système et méthode d’exploitation d’un contexte d’événements historiques pour l’amélioration du gestionnaire de dialogue d’un chatbot La présente invention concerne un système comportant un ordinateur fournissant une interface entre une application frontale configurée pour recevoir une ou plusieurs formulations orales d'utilisateur provenant d’un objet portable intelligent équipé d’un micro et haut-parleur pour émettre et recevoir dans un langage naturel et un système principal avec lequel il est en communication, l’application frontale consistant à mettre en œuvre une série d’actions comportant au moins: la réception d’ une information en entrée représentative du texte formulé dans le langage naturel; la formation de vecteurs d’observation de dialogue basés au moins sur ladite information; la déduction de l’action à réaliser à partir des vecteurs d’observations par application d’un algorithme récurrent de type LSTM puis d’un algorithme de renforcement; la communication de ladite action à un module de génération de langage naturel pour fournir à l'application frontale une sortie texte en langage naturel en fonction de ladite action ou l’exécuter.
