Abstract
Procédé (100) de numérotation des tubes à l’intérieur d’un échangeur de chaleur (1) d’un générateur de vapeur, ledit échangeur de chaleur (1) comprenant une plaque support (6) et une pluralité de tubes (7), chaque tube de la pluralité de tubes (7) étant monté sur la plaque support (6) transversalement à un plan formé par la plaque support (6), la pluralité de tubes (7) formant au moins un alignement, le procédé (100) comprenant les étapes suivantes : - acquisition (101), par un dispositif mobile d’acquisition d’images, d’une suite d’images, une image d’une portion (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) de chaque tube (7) de l’au moins un alignement de tubes étant comprise dans au moins une image de la suite d’images, l’acquisition (101) de la suite d’images étant réalisée au cours d’un déplacement du dispositif mobile le long de l’au moins un alignement de tubes ;- traitement (102) de la suite d’images acquises, par un moyen de traitement, pour reconnaître, et suivre chaque tube en l’identifiant dans la suite d’images acquises;- détermination (103) d’une direction de déplacement du dispositif mobile;- comptage ou décomptage (104), par le moyen de traitement, des tubes suivis et identifiés dans la suite d’images, en fonction de la direction de déplacement pour la détermination d’un numéro associé à chaque tube détecté de l’au moins un alignement de tubes.
