Abstract

La présente invention concerne une batterie à NxM cellules électrochimiques, comportant M branches montées en parallèle, et, dans chaque branche, N cellules montées en série et de rangs respectifs 1, 2, …, N, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comporte en outre :- N-1 lignes équipotentielles, chaque ligne reliant des cellules de même rang sur l’ensemble des M branches, - NxM interrupteurs, chaque interrupteur étant monté en série avec une cellule entre deux lignes équipotentielles, et- une unité de mesure (UM) de fonctionnement de chaque cellule, apte à piloter chaque interrupteur pour court-circuiter une cellule dont le fonctionnement mesuré montre une défaillance de la cellule.
