Abstract

L’invention a pour objet un purificateur d’air destiné à être positionné dans un local pour traiter l’air de ce local, ce purificateur d’air comprenant entre une entrée (2) d’air et une sortie (3) d’air, un moyen (4) de déplacement de l’air à traiter, au moins un filtre (5) au travers duquel l’air est filtré et un moyen (6) de production d’ozone ce purificateur étant caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend d’une part, une horloge (H ) utilisée pour dans un cycle de fonctionnement répétitif fixer la durée (T1) de fonctionnement du moyen (6) de production de l’ozone suivie d’une durée (T2) dite de simple transit au travers dudit purificateur de l’air prélevé dans le local et, d’autre part, un piège (7) à ozone disposé sur le parcours de l’air à traiter.
