Abstract

L’invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication additive d’un moule pour fonderie, comprenant les étapes consistant à :a) réaliser un empilement de strates dans un bac de fabrication, chaque strate de l’empilement étant obtenue par :i) dépôt d’une couche d’un sable, puisii) dépôt d’un liant liquide durcissable sur la surface supérieure d’une zone prédéterminée de la couche de sable pour imprégner de liant le sable présent dans cette zone ;b) appliquer un traitement à l’empilement de strates pour durcir le liant présent dans les strates et solidifier ainsi le sable imprégné de liant ; etc) éliminer le sable n’ayant pas été solidifié à l’étape b). Elle se rapporte également à un procédé de fabrication d’une pièce métallique mettant en œuvre ce procédé de fabrication additive.
