Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de vis-écrous magnétiques comprenant : - un écrou (2) apte à tourner ou à translater autour d’un axe (X) ; - une vis (1) apte à interagir magnétiquement avec ledit écrou (2) et à translater ou à tourner à l’intérieur dudit écrou (2) selon ledit axe (X), un entrefer (3) étant ménagé entre ladite vis (1) et ledit écrou (2) ; ledit écrou (2) portant deux hélices (24, 25) réalisées en matériau magnétique s’étendant parallèlement l’une à l’autre de manière hélicoïdale autour dudit axe (X), ledit écrou (2) portant au moins un aimant (21), placé à la périphérie extérieure desdites hélices (24, 25), le pôle nord (N) dudit aimant (21) étant relié à l’une desdites hélices (24) et son pôle sud (S) étant relié à l’autre desdites hélices (25) de manière telle que lesdites hélices (24, 25) sont respectivement polarisées nord et sud ; ladite vis (1) portant deux hélices (14, 15) réalisées en matériau magnétique s’étendant parallèlement l’une à l’autre de manière hélicoïdale autour dudit axe (X), ladite vis (1) portant au moins un aimant (11), placé à la périphérie intérieure desdites hélices (14, 15), le pôle nord (N) dudit amant (11) étant relié à l’une desdites hélices (14) et son pôle sud (S) est relié à l’autre desdites hélices (15) de manière telle que lesdites hélices (14, 15) sont respectivement polarisées nord et sud ; le pas desdites hélices (24, 25) dudit écrou (2) étant essentiellement égal au pas desdites hélices (14, 15) de ladite vis (1).The present invention relates to a magnetic screw-nut system comprising: - a nut (2) capable of rotating or translating about an axis (X); - a screw (1) capable of interacting magnetically with said nut (2) and of translating or rotating inside said nut (2) along said axis (X), an air gap (3) being formed between said screw (1) ) and said nut (2); said nut (2) carrying two helices (24, 25) made of magnetic material extending helically parallel to one another around said axis (X), said nut (2) carrying at least one magnet (21) ), placed at the outer periphery of said helices (24, 25), the north pole (N) of said magnet (21) being connected to one of said helices (24) and its south pole (S) being connected to the other said helices (25) such that said helices (24, 25) are respectively north and south polarized; said screw (1) carrying two helices (14, 15) made of magnetic material extending helically parallel to one another around said axis (X), said screw (1) carrying at least one magnet (11) ), placed at the inner periphery of said helices (14, 15), the north pole (N) of said lover (11) being connected to one of said helices (14) and its south pole (S) is connected to the other said helices (15) such that said helices (14, 15) are respectively north and south polarized; the pitch of said propellers (24, 25) of said nut (2) being substantially equal to the pitch of said propellers (14, 15) of said screw (1).
