Abstract

L’invention se rapporte à un distributeur de boisson au verre comprenant un échangeur de chaleur (5) configuré pour modifier la température de la boisson pendant son acheminement vers une sortie de distribution (3). Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le distributeur comprend un circuit de distribution (2) ayant une première branche (2A) reliée à l’échangeur de chaleur (5) et une deuxième branche (2B) contournant cet échangeur de chaleur (5). La deuxième branche (2B) peut être reliée ou non à un autre échangeur de chaleur. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig. 2
