Abstract

Machine pour dégorger des bouteilles de vin effervescent, comprenant un dispositif de manutention des bouteilles pour faire avancer et guider des bouteilles (9) à dégorger, entre une zone d’entrée (31) et une zone de sortie (32) de la machine, un poste de dégorgement (5), avec un organe décapsuleur configuré pour ôter la capsule présente sur le goulot de la bouteille présente au poste de dégorgement, le dispositif de manutention comportant un carrousel rotatif (3) qui comprend un système d’éléments de manutention individuels (40), chaque élément étant configuré pour recevoir et maintenir une bouteille, chaque bouteille se retrouvant orientée de manière prédéterminée au niveau du poste de dégorgement, l’axe de la bouteille (A) à cet endroit faisant un angle prédéterminé (θd) avec un plan horizontal, l’axe de la bouteille (A) étant défini de manière orientée comme allant du centre du culot vers le centre du goulot, et dans la zone d’entrée de la machine, chaque bouteille est introduite avec une orientation (β) telle que son axe (A) fait au moins 90° avec l’axe ascendant de la verticale locale (Z), et de préférence tête en bas.
