Abstract
Le système (104) de refroidissement de modules électriques (102), comporte : - des chambres d’évaporation présentant chacune une paroi d’échange thermique destinée à être plaquée contre un respectif des modules électriques (102) afin de transférer de la chaleur dégagée par ce module électrique (102) lors de son fonctionnement à un fluide caloporteur présent dans la chambre d’évaporation pour provoquer l’évaporation d’au moins une partie de ce fluide caloporteur ; - un condenseur (108) conçu pour condenser au moins une partie du fluide caloporteur provenant des chambres d’évaporation ; - une tuyauterie (110) de transport du fluide caloporteur entre le condenseur (108) et les chambres d’évaporation ; et - au moins une structure capillaire agencée pour pomper par capillarité le fluide caloporteur afin de le mettre en mouvement dans la tuyauterie (110).
