L’invention concerne un système de transmission de puissance (10) entre un organe d’entrée (20) mobile en rotation autour d’un premier axe (X) de référence, et un organe de sortie (30) mobile en rotation autour d’un deuxième axe (X’) de référence, les premier et deuxième axes (X, X’) étant non coplanaires, le système de transmission (10) comprenant un organe intermédiaire (40) entrainée par l’organe d’entrée (20) en translation par rapport à ce dit organe d’entrée (20) selon le premier axe (X) au moyen d’une première transmission (50) de type liaison hélicoïdale, et entraînant en rotation l’organe de sortie (30) au moyen d’une deuxième transmission (60) dentée, le système de transmission (10) étant caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend au moins un premier patin (71) muni de corps roulants (73) pour rouler sur une première piste (41) de l’organe intermédiaire (40) et configuré pour être disposé entre la première piste (41) de l’organe intermédiaire (40) et un premier chemin de roulement (81) fixe de sorte à assurer une reprise d’efforts.
