Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif (1) de parage d’endives comportant un convoyeur à rouleaux munis d’un ensemble de rouleaux (50a, 51a, 52a, 53a, 50b, 51b, 52b, 53b, 50c, 51c, 52c, 53c, 50d, 51d, 52d, 53d) parallèles entre eux et entraînés en rotation par un mécanisme d’entraînement (20, 30, 9, 10, 22, 32, 21, 31, 40a, 41a, 42a, 43a, 40b, 41b, 42b, 43b, 40c, 41c, 42c, 43c, 40d, 41d, 42d, 43d, 60b, 60c, 60d, 6b, 6c, 6d), le convoyeur comportant une face supérieure de convoyage, une face inférieure d’éjection de feuilles, une extrémité amont et une extrémité aval, un sous ensemble (50b, 50c, 50d) des rouleaux ayant un sens de rotation inverse, dit rotation de recul, du sens de rotation, dit rotation d’avancement, des autres rouleaux de l’ensemble, le sens de rotation d’avancement correspondant à une rotation de la surface supérieure du rouleau d’amont vers l’aval, deux rouleaux adjacents de sens de rotation inverses et convergents du haut vers le bas formant une paire d’éjection (53a-50b, 53b-50c, 53c-50d). Selon l’invention, les rouleaux sont lisses, ont un diamètre compris entre 8 mm et 22 mm, un écartement mesuré au plus court entre les surfaces en vis-à-vis de deux rouleaux adjacents compris entre 5 mm et 20 mm, et les paires d’éjection (53a-50b, 53b-50c, 53c-50d) sont séparées entre elles par au moins un rouleau d’avancement (50a, 51a, 52a, 51b, 52b, 51c, 52c, 51d, 52d, 53d) à sens de rotation d’avancement.
