Abstract

L'instrument (1) concerné comprend un corps allongé (2) destiné à s'étendre le long du côté antérieur du tibia, et des moyens (26 à 29) de montage de cet instrument (1) le long de ce côté antérieur du tibia. Selon l'invention, - ledit corps allongé (2) forme un moyen de guidage (10) aménagé longitudinalement sur lui ; - l'instrument (1) comprend une pièce (5) d'appui contre le tibia, formant, sur un côté, une portion (30) de montage sur ledit corps allongé (2), destinée à venir en engagement de coulissement avec ledit moyen de guidage (10) et présentant, sur le côté opposé à celui présentant cette portion de montage (30), deux ailes (31) en V destinées à venir en appui contre le côté antérieur du tibia à traiter ; et - l'instrument (1) comprend des moyens d'arrêt (32) permettant de bloquer le coulissement de la pièce d'appui (5) par rapport au corps allongé (2) dans une position de coulissement déterminée.
