Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé implémenté par ordinateur pour la conception d’un objet modélisé tridimensionnel d’une pièce mécanique comprenant un corps, avec une alvéole, et une structure lattice dans ladite alvéole, qui comprend les étapes suivantes :a) Fournir (E1) une représentation par les bords du corps ;b) Fournir (E2) une représentation par les bords d’un volume d’intégration de la structure lattice ;c) Calculer (E3) une représentation polygonale du corps et du volume d’intégration, à partir de la représentation par les bords du corps ;d) Fournir (E4) une représentation par les bords d’un motif élémentaire de la structure lattice ;e) Calculer (E5) une représentation polygonale d’une structure intermédiaire lattice, à partir de la représentation par les bords du motif élémentaire ;f) Déterminer (E6), à partir de la représentation polygonale du volume d’intégration et du volume intermédiaire, la représentation polygonale de la structure lattice ;g) Assembler (E7) la représentation polygonale du corps et de la structure lattice déterminée de manière à obtenir un objet modélisé tridimensionnel du secteur.
